Nevertheless, I was ready to leave it all behind because during my career, I felt that there was something inside me that wanted to come into the world. At times, I yearned to become a priest or live in a Zen monastery. Between my career steps, I always tried to find places for reflection and inner contemplation to connect with myself and realign. In the third phase of life, which began for me a few years ago, I stepped down from the pinnacle of corporate life. Since then, I have been using my leadership experience and joy in working with people to accompany other leaders and teams in their development process towards becoming conscious and effective, transformational leaders. My vision is to create a place of encounter, reflection, and transformation in the midst of nature between vineyards and forests.
